Digestion relief
Help with keeping regular and easing digestion, not a bad taste, easy to swallow. Good quality with decent amount in bottle to last. Had helped to lose weight as part of balanced diet and exercise.

Pretty Decent - But don't use this as your main source of fibre.
Psyllium Husk can be quite dangerous so make sure to drink ALOT of water before and after. Comes with enough capsules and good value for money. I don't take them all the time as chia seed water can be better.

I have used the supplement for a week while strictly following the instructions. However, it is useless for my condition. Money wasted!

Excellent product
Excellent product. Just make sure you drink at least a glass of water with each capsule. Recommend spreading them out rather than taking the 2 capsules together. Much easier to manage than the sachets that need to be mixed with water. Easy to swallow

These were quite large and difficult to swallow and leave a little after taste. However they were great quality and made a noticeable difference.
