I used Moly grease to lubricate the garage door. It works well for the Spring, summer, and fall. I am not sure on how it will work this winter as the temperature can dip below -20 degrees at times. Some greases start getting sticky after getting below freezing. I will see how it works and right a re-cap after winter has passed.
