No Replacement Till Date....All False Promise.
Horrible experience. Got defective product, called 4 times at the call centre, they assured to pick up the defective piece ASAP, till date they haven't picked the same and replaced with the new product. If anybody has Jeff Bezos mail id pls share, would like to escalate matter to him. All false promise of replacement and all. Not at all Happy with the overall experience. Shall think multiple times before ordering any item through amazon.

Perfect for my 2 yr old!!
My husband and I bought this toy for our 2 yr old son as a big brother gift when he met his baby sister in the hospital. He is a Thomas enthusiast and just recently learner all his letters and numbers. This game is perfect for him. First of all, Thomas talks to you and asks you to find this letter or that. He sings the ABCs and stops sometimes to ask what letter comes next. Or you can hit any letter for him to tell you about that letter. There is a song option too, but my son so far loves the ABC part of it. Parents you have an on /off switch. There isn't a volume button, but tape on the speaker works too. It comes ready to play. I haven't seen these in stores, so I was excited to fond it on amazon.If you have a toddler that is getting interested on abcs and loves Thomas, this is a MUST TOY!! The only beef I have with it is the lack of volume control, but for $22 its worth the money. You'll have to adjust the volume with masking tape on the speaker if you want to take it to restaurants.

my 2 1/2 y.o. plays with this on occasion. i like that it sings and gives kind-of random words for each alphabet letter. not your standard words... for $20, i'm glad he has it because he loves thomas, trains, etc...

ABC Thomas
Chose this rating because loved the educational learning side of it. The grandchildren loved it and was willing to learn alphabet because it was a Thomas the tank engine toy. I would recommend it for 1-4yrs. It would have got 5 stars, but at £18.95. Its a tad expensive and the voice over was American, not British.
