Honestly 1 a day, the taste is great, because there isn't 1.. the texture is a capsule pill type, it gives me some energy, not much. Tbh, I like them, but I think my hearts pounding alot more with sharp pains. Like I dont take them daily anymore, yet they sure are strong. Focus is legit, duration is breathtaking forever it seems yet the value is great, kinda like amazing. TEXTURE IS A CAP. I saw that in the questions lol.

I am person who has been struggling with my weight since a few medical surgeries. I take nerve inhibitors that make me feel so pudding. So not only is the ability to exercise meek but there is a ton of brain fog also. I bought these on a I’m broke and need a quick fix whim to try to avoid caffeine withdrawal. I live on energy drinks and Starbucks to stay functional. I feel like sometimes we overlook the simplest things. I think the good part is from the ltheanine. I am pushing 40 at 250lbs so I was worried about side effects on the heart ecceta there was not any. So if you were on the fence like me thinking I’m too old it’s too scary don’t be. We can get up and enjoy the day with this.

I've been gently nursing a caffeine addiction for the past couple of years. Tea is my favorite but a little on the weak side, energy drinks give you a nice buzz but also an accompanying crash and anxiety, and coffee only tastes good to me with lots of creamer on cold days. These give you a good concentrated buzz that's stronger than tea, without the lingering after taste of coffee, without the sugar, without the anxiety, it lasts longer and doesn't make you crash. You don't have to constantly sip on it; it's just one or two and done. It's cheaper than any of these for the amount of caffeine as well. I wish there was one that was 2:1 caffeine:theanine for a bit more pronounced caffeine effect but still enough theanine to keep the edge off. The brand mentions that it's third party tested but it doesn't share any of these results from what I can find. The pills can make me a bit nauseas on an empty stomach but that's something I experience with any source of caffeine.

It is a great deal getting this bottle of 240 capsules for so cheap. Nutricost makes great quality supplements for a great price and these are excellent. They are easy to swallow capsules and also easy to open and take the powder directly on the tongue for faster effects; it does not taste bad at all. I take them usually twice a day to keep up my energy and they also help suppress my appetite so that I don't eat too much or crave sweets. I highly recommend these for anyone who needs extra energy or to help with mood or focus. They may even help you lose weight. My wife and I both take them daily and they keep us feeling good and full of energy. Great quality, great price, easy to swallow, and actually works! I highly recommend these!

I have tried caffeine in the past, both in food and pill form, but nothing compares to this. The product is very cheap, and super effective. It gives me a rush of energy, without the usual negatives of regular caffeine. It is a smaller dosage, which I think is perfect. There was a few issues with quality though. A few of the pills I received looked crushed, resulting in an unknown amount of powder at the bottom of the canister. Overall this product is a perfect energy boost, in a small dosage.

I wasted my money. Most capsules don’t seem to provide any energy at all. No idea what’s actually in them. Then I’ll take one and get heart palpitations which only energy drinks do that to me and not just caffeine. So no idea what’s actually in them and it’s not evenly dispersed. I prefer cleaner pills but frankly Jet Alert is much better and they split in half super easily unlike the coated, round caffeine pills from brick and mortar store. They don’t cause heart palpitations.

Worked very good for me. But I crashed badly after so make sure to eat enough food after 3 hours because I crashed after 4 hours later. Important thing, make sure to sleep enough otherwise if you are doing exams, you will feel fully awaken but have bad brain fog.
