Does this hat have mesh back?

Really nice hat of high quality. 😎🇺🇸🙏

Is this a high profile cap?

If by 'high profile' you mean does it sit high on the head, it does not. Very elegant cap and my army vet husband is very proud to wear it.

How do I order this hat but add custom embroidery on the back?

Have an embroidery person/company do it once you purchase it.

I want to know if it's made in the USA?

UNFORTUNATELY it was made in China. I too prefer American Made
