Yes there is. It's a piece of 1/16th inch steel with a small hole in the middle so you can hook it with a finger to lift it.

What size is the bottom plate that acts as an anchor in the concrete?

This is from memory only, but IIRC, the bottom flange sticks out maybe 3/4" beyond the sidewalls all the way around. Maybe someone posted pics of one new.

I lost the combination code how can I open it? Or make a new one?

Good questions only way is to call a locksmith that specializes in safe there’s cost is about 250 to 350 And most of the times they have to cut it open Good luck If it was me I just cut it open and Oder a new one But if you fine a way to open it let me now
