Great hydration packets with less sodium. I came upon Nectar hydration packets when I was searching for something with no sugar and lower sodium. These are perfect for me because I tend to feel dehydrated from taking medications or drinking coffee and not due to strenuous exercise. The lower sodium is better for kidney function also. Flavor is pleasant and refreshing and the variety pack has several different flavors. It dissolves pretty well but helps to stir or shake between sips.

Delicious and clean tasting hydration packets. With 0 g sugar, they are perfect for me especially during my pregnancy. It helps me drink more water and I feel more properly hydrated. Great value and my go to choice! Good flavors! No artificial taste.

TRY THIS!!! So… I have some medical issues neurologically to where I have to walk with a cane right now… Then at work they’ve been doing renovations for about nine months now where there are Porta potty’s out back and the only real restroom is on the complete other side of the building (and I work in a very large building) so I was having some issues with staying hydrated during the day, but also trying to not drink as much to avoid having to use a porta John or scramble to the other side of the building on a cane.I tried liquid IV, which has really good reviews, but not only is it costly but for me personally, I felt like it tasted so salty that it just wasn’t working for me. After reading reviews for nectar, I decided it was worth the money (not more or less expensive than liquid IV or the other equivalences) and the biggest thing that drew me to it, aside from the fact that it was all natural ingredients and what not, is the fact that the other reviews said that it was very light and refreshing in flavoring. I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t taste salty at all, the flavor is very light, and you can tell when you mix it in with your bottle of water that there’s no weird additives that’s gonna change the color. The one thing I wasn’t expecting was a lot of reviewers have said that it was almost like “instant hydration “, and I was more thinking like yeah, right. However, when I pop a packet in a bottled water and drink it up the flavor is on point, there’s nothing artificial tasting about it, and I actually can tell a quick difference in hydration pretty soon after drinking. I never thought it would be true, but you really do feel like you just drank multiple bottles of water and it all kicks in at once. I live paycheck to paycheck just like most of us do these days, but this is totally worth the money. Some reviewers have talked about it not mixing properly or enough, I’ve had no issue. It’s a mix, you’re supposed to have to shake it up. So basically, after reading a novel, what I’m getting at is, it’s really helping me, especially at work, to hydrate times four like the description says, without having to worry about running to the bathroom left and right. I have IBS and it has done nothing but help in that direction and everything has been phenomenal. I’ve been giving packets to my friends and family and everyone else because honestly if you can scrounge up 25 bucks just to give it a whirl, totally worth it.

I was so happy to find this product, as I cannot tolerate artificial sugars or dyes. I love this product even more than Liquid IV because it's not as overpowering in sweetness.It is a little bland, especially compared to any other hydration products. But I love all the different flavors especially in the variety pack. I felt better with increased energy the next day after drinking. Blends very easily without any clumps in water.Great hydration without all the artificial sugars or dyes in most other hydration products!

I’ve researched a lot of hydration packages, and most are packed with unnecessary sugars and way too much sodium. This one stands out as the cleanest option I’ve found. The flavors are generally very tasty—though the lemon is a little on the sour side—but overall they’re refreshing and enjoyable. Compared to other multi-level marketing products, this offers far better value without all the extra additives. Highly recommend!

Great electrolyte replacement. and leaps and bounds better experience than trying to drink Pedialyte. It is a good thing to have on hand for when anyone in your family gets sick. Makes you feel better, like you just had I.V. fluids. It is hard to get it all to dissolve, so my strategy is to drink a couple ounces out of a typical water bottle, so there's room to shake it up. After adding the packet to the water, really tighten the bottle top, and shake vigorously, including upside down. It works for me. Great taste. I was just expecting it to be tolerable, but it's actually really good! Expensive, but think of it as medicine. Great to have on hand.

I wanted to like this product. It didn’t have a lot of sodium and I liked the ingredients. However, I already had to throw out two flavors as I really didn’t like the taste. It’s expensive and that hurt. Also, they are packets for 16 oz of water, but my water bottle holds 22 oz of water. I ended up using a small amount of my other electrolyte powder to give it more taste. I wish they had large size packages of individual flavors so I could buy the flavor I like. Throwing out 10 packets because I disliked the flavor made this too expensive. The flavors I liked were great, that’s why the three stars. Why not have a small “ taster” pack of one packet of each flavor and make it less expensive. I would then buy a large pack of flavors I did like. That would be worth the money for me.

I like that these are sugar free and less than 1 carb. They have calcium,potassium and magnesium as well as chloride. Just add to bottle water shake and you are good to go. Non-GMO and they have organic Stevie in them. No fillers no artificial ingredients. They taste pretty good to. Doesn't leave that sweet taste in your mouth.
