Not sure how much this is helping my skin, but I’m regular now. It was upsetting my stomach at first, but now I think it’s nice. No real flavor or aftertaste. I’m sleeping better and don’t feel like the old man from UP every morning.

This is a superior product. Nothing negative about the quality of extract. However, it is pricey for the amount received. But the "real" negative is the poor envelope pouch packaging. When the envelope is opened, product comes out in a cloud of dust which is wasteful for such an expensive product. This makes it hard to re-seal the envelope because of extract getting into the ziplock. Another issue: it's tricky to remove all the product with a measuring spoon when product gets to the bottom because of the folds in the pouch. I have to dump the envelope out, which is another waste of extract if more than I need falls out. FIVE stars for quality extract but ZERO stars for the envelope packaging. Real Mushrooms needs to repackage this in a screw top container.

My daughter told me she is using it and is seeing softer skin, less wrinkles. Naturally I ordered, direct and Amazon, plus 2 mushroom spoons (we love them). So far the biggest benefit for me is taking a capsule before bed, often allows me to sleep all night. I take a dose of powder in morning coffee as well. Only one month of use and I have 3 more bags of powder to go so expecting more improvements.

smelled stale and almost fishy? wondering if that’s normal or something’s off. either way i didn’t find it hydrating

I just received, the package is really tiny and feels pretty empty, I did not try it yet, so once I do I will update my review, but for the price I’m not sure, I am currently a student of Chinese medicine and the mushroom itself is very cheap, so I thought there would be more in the package, I guess we shall see when it comes to taste and how long it last.
