everything on your audio video tx is DC. Most AV Tx operate on 12V. Most FPV cameras operate on 12V while a few operate on a range of voltages from 4.6V to 24V. The only thing on an RC system that produces AC is the electronic speed controller, the output to the motor is AC

Where can I get a wiring harness for this transmitter?

What do you mean? The item includes several wires to meet the needs of the user. The published images depict the meaning of each wire/color

What battery should I use with this? I want to get about ~35 minutes of use, only using a single camera.

It pulls 1 amp at 12v, so that means you would want 3s 1000 mah, in 35 mins you would pull about 600mah/60% of the change out the pack. Lipos do best with using 80 to 85% max of the packs compacity so that would be idea. If you ran a 6s 1000mah you could safely get 80 to 85 mins burning 85% of the pack. Remember a 2w transmitter is gonna make mad amounts of heat and moving air is a must, this unit in a static environment at 2 watts/2000mw is gonna be a issue evenc with the built in fan. If you use will be in a static environment then you will deff want to place a fan blowing on it or you will no doubt have heat problems. I would simply run a 3s 2200mah pack and know that up to 100 minutes of so is absolutely gonna be safe on the pack.
