I have been using this to make phone charms and keychain lanyards. I have accidentally yanked the string on things and have applied multiple pounds of weight (on accident) and not once has it frayed or snapped. It's very durable yet pliable and easy to work with.

I made 11 tassels 4 inches long before trimming. 30x wrapped around 4" long cardboard. No fraying, beautiful color, and so easy to work with. It was my first time using cord. I wanted silky, rich looking tassels. If you want fluffy tassels, this cord is not for you.

Will not purchase again. Easy to use but not high quality. The spool smelt bad when I took it out of the package- it was off putting. If you need thinner cord, it will work okay.

I got this to add another loop to the end of those small lanyard you get for electronics. It's about the same size and look so it blends right in.
