I actually have a fear of taking pills.... I was afraid that these weren't going to do much... For me personally , they did okay and they don't have caffeine so that also helps because i'm sensitive to caffeine.... Overall I thought they were pretty good.

makes you sleepy
this is a life saver when it comes to pain. i have endometriosis and i did not have to get prescribed meds while taking this.... it makes you sleepy though so you can't take while at work.

You do not have to suffer if you have terrible cramping and headaches!
Caffeine makes my menstrual cramps much worse so I always opt for caffeine free pain relief meds. The only issue is that I can’t ever find caffeine free over the counter meds in stores! These kick in quickly and I can immediately feel a sense of relief once my body stops tensing from the cramping. It reduces much more symptoms too. I’m not sure if the medication itself causes me to feel drowsy or if it’s simply just my body finally relaxing once my cramping and headache goes away, but I do get sleepy once they start working.

How did I survive before this
Can not live without this. It took me a long time to discover it and into my 40's I now do not know how I ever managed without it. Caffeine in pill form leaves me jittery so I am thrilled to have a caffeine free option.

I bought these for my daughter before she went to school so that she can have them in her backpack for when she starts her period they work for her. She says she likes them and they’re good quality and they help her bloating and her cramping and everything else that comes along with having a period.

It works but I need to take 3 at a time. Unlike the caffeinated ones I only need 2 pills.
