Very bad product
I really liked eagle flask in the past... but this flask is the worst. I did not even use it for a week before it failed working to keep even warm. It was a waste to buy..

Is this really a original product??
I am not sure if this is an original product.. heat doesn't sustain more than 4hrs my mom using this brand for decades it will maintain the heat for 18hrs as far as I have seen.. with that hope I bought this one but really disappointed..

Vacuum insulation failure after10 months of use
After 10 months of use, the vaccum based heat insulation failed & I contacted the Costomer care of Eagle home appliances within the warrenty period & now they have replaced it;# Why can't Amazon provide the Customer Care number of items with warranty ⁉️
