Will this fit 3 of Lutrons' dimmer switches? They seem to be wider than normal switches and my current wall plate cant accommodate 3 of them.

This will fit any 3 gang decora style bank of switches. Your problem is likely that you did not remove the "fins" on the side of your dimmers so they fit correctly in the box. Google ganging and derating lutron dimmers. There are several write ups as well as You Tube videos on how this works.

Does this item comes with the back box that is put insiste the wall, where one screws the 3 sockets?

No, this product is just the wall plate cover that goes over the controls.
