Two bags. They're very easy to clean.

What tips are included?

The ones they show in the pic. There is no numbers on them, basically, you just have to look at the picture. I bought other tips in a store; they fit.

How does it fit together?

This works well. It’s put together so as you can use all the pieces. I’m not sure if it is interchangeable with other products. Hope this helps

Are the tips big enough to make Churros?

I would say no-not big enough, but you can find one that fits in any store that sells a variety of tips.
