Does it have caffeine,the description says matcha tea-i need it to be caffeine free thanks

This powder has matcha, so would have caffeine to my knowledge... however, the butterfly flowers, made by the same company, do NOT have caffeine (INCAS Organic Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Herbal Tea), which is what I buy. Love, love, love it - especially cold with a bit of lemon, that also turns it purple.

Is this tested for purity and heavy metals?

It is strictly the flower/plant dried up so I would imagine no heavy metals. Can't speak on the purity 100%.
