Reishi Spore Powder, 50g

Diet is everything, and I work very hard to find the best quality foods, micronutrients and supplements to give to my family. So far this reishi spore powder is the best reishi powder option I have come across to date (although I have not yet tried the reishi crystals by the same brand). My only gripe is the cheap plastic bottle, seems like a compromising choice for such a high quality food. The reishi deserves better, and I would be happy to pay a little more for amber glass. For that reason, I am giving this product four stars when I really wish I could give it five. Thank you Living Nutritionals for providing the world with a higher level of nutritional consciousness.

Supposedly, according to the ancient book, "Shinnoh Honzohkyo", the Japanese name of the ancient Chinese text in which several hundred top health and healing plants and herbs are ranked. Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) destroyed all competition to take the coveted #1 spot as natures top health and healing herb.I've tried 2 of the few other reshi spores products out there, and in general it's hard to rate any new superfood on its own because I take in so many. So I went off my last reshi spores brand for two months and then started this one. You have to be in tune with your body to feel out a new product, but this one gave me what I call a very good "vibration" after starting it, I felt a little more sense of well being (though I feel good all the time). Most importantly, though this sounds strange, when a product feels right to my body, I get morning erections (Sorry if TMI) the first few days I take it. From what I understand of nutrition science, that is because the nutrient is activating the body's Qi (pronounced "Chee") energy. So I give this products a thumbs up. It's a tossup between this and the other reshi spore product I take so far as which one is better or which one will be my "go to" choice, I'll probably plan on using this one through the end of 2018 and then go from there. Assuming there are no fillers or toxins in this product such as lead, which is common in many supplements, I think this is a great product, and as with any of my reviews, I'll come back and change my rating and review if I find out otherwise,
