I am healing from PTTD (TENDONITIS) this is one of several braces I have ordered. I like this brace as it is not as bulky as some, and fits more easily into shoe.

Ich habe die Bandage und auch das Vorgängermodel und nutze diese seit mehreren Jahren. Ich bin früher regelmäßig umgeknickt, beim Basketball und Fussball. Seit ich die Bandage verwende, bin ich nicht mehr umgeknickt.Ich schätze, das ich die Bandage seit ca. 15 Jahren verwende.Die Bandage hat ein gewisses Volumen, allerdings nutze ich sie immer beim Kontaktsport und ehrlich gesagt, ich merke sie selbst im engen Fussballschuh eigentlich nicht.Ich würde die Bandage jedem empfehlen. Ich mache ohne das Ding keinen Kontaktsport mehr.

I rolled my ankle badly playing football a couple of years ago and decided to get a pair of ATF3 braces to help prevent further injury. These have saved me from likely injuring my ankles again on multiple occasions.If your foot size is on the border between 2 sizes on the Amazon listing, I would recommend considering a size lower than the size indicated on the Amazon listing. I am a size 11 and had a large pair of ATF3 braces which I replaced recently because of wear and tear. They were fine, but it left no room for adjustment as the two sides of the braces closed up completely when tight.The medium size is a much better fit for me and allows me to tighten the braces more than the large did.I highly recommend these if you're prone to injuring your ankles. While the "wetsuit" material sock-style supports that you can get are cheaper, the ATF3 braces are much better and help to immobilise the joint to a far greater extent than other ankle supports.
