TexsportMontego Bay Hammock

My daughter was super excited when this came in the mail, but when we opened it and set it up, she wasn't so excited anymore. She weighs eighty pounds and is five feet tall, so should be no problem for her to get on it and lay. But she had a really hard time even getting on it. When she finally did, she said it wasn't very comfortable, like she felt she would fall through it. I tried it and felt the same way. I'm returning it and getting a wider, more durable/better quality one instead.

Good product for price. Arrived damaged but needed it for holiday weekend. Informed seeker and the response was quick. I repaired the hammock and didn't ask for a replacement or send it back. I had in the back of my mind texsport would send a new one. Like I said I didn't request a replacement and with my repair hammock works just fine

You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to hammocks apparently. This was a low budget piece that I got because I didn't know how much we would use it. It works well, but don't expect a huge life expectancy if you leave it outside (easily remedied, but I was lazy). The strings at the ends started breaking after a few weeks.This is perfect for lighter people though.

Thank You, I have recieved the 2 hammocks I ordered, I was not sure if it was like the 1 I used to have, but it is. I drive Over the Road,I use it underneath of my semi-truck trailer, when it is hot out or just want to be outside rather than in the sleeper, it is VERY comfortable, I weigh at 175 lbs. it is just right for me, a fast hook and unhook hammaock, "I have not found a more comfortable hammock", and with the 2 grab hooks I made up I can hook it up in 20 seconds!!!, and unhook it as fast, for a 1 person hammock, can't beat the comfort or the price. Thanks. William Ambrogio.ps. the (Rope type) is better in hot weather, as it breathes better, and the (Sreader Bar type), is better as it does not crunch your sholders together, or roll you up in it like a cocoon.

It's noticeably "made in China". The hammock is all white. The picture posted online is cropped to show the background of a yard. The photo is misleading again with the hammock looking larger than it is, but it's true to the dimensions listed. As far as the "display box", it was beat up pretty nicely, yet the outer box showed no damage. Construction of the hammock is commensurate with the cost. I'm sure had I spent a little more on a handwoven Mexican hammock, I would be writing a much different review.

Texsport Montego Bay HammockI thought that it would not hold me at first as it looks flimsy. I did in fact fit without tearing through it like I thought. It is very comfortable once you get used to it.

Like this thing a lot but after few months being outside, it fell apart. Great product otherwise. I got another one after be ause I liked it so much. Worth the money.

I purchased this hammock not knowing much about hammocks,it was shipped expediently and well packaged.I was amazed at how well made and strong it was,I was in its weight limit of 250lbs and it supports me comfortably and l sense it will hold up well.and for the inexpensive price i paid.I know I will get my moneys worth regardless.
