Continental Race 28 700c x 20-25 Bike Tubes (3 Pack) - 80mm Presta Valve

Please note these tubes are made in CHINA and NOT Germany. They are not the same quality as the German made tubes. I replaced both my front and rear tire with these tubes and use Gatorskins on my "training" wheel set. Front tube is defective and loses air after an hour or two. (Pressure drops from 90 PSI to 70 PSI after 30 miles of riding. No, there is NOT a hole / puncture, just poor manufacturing.) Back tube is rock solid and keeps the air pressure for 2 days at 95 PSI with minimal pressure loss. These are hit or miss. Also, note these are butyl and not latex tubes. Real racers - get the good latex tubes.

I just had 3 flats this morning and an expensive uber ride to work thanks to a defective batch of tubes. They look like they were patched at the factory and leaked from the seams. As another reviewer noted, these are made in China and not Germany. I've had a couple of these tubes hold air, but I'll be looking for another vendor for my next order.

These are by far the worst tubes I have ever used. I bought a 3 pack and not one of them lasted more than 5 miles of riding. I usually don’t leave reviews, but if I can save one person from buying these tubes I will have completed my mission. These are the cheap Chinese clones, not the good tubes made in Germany. You’ve been warned, stay far away!

They work. I noticed that the valves for these make a lot more noise in my Zipp 404's than other valves when I hit bumps and stuff. I also tend to get more pinch flats with these, but it is hard to find tubes with 80mm valve stems and these have them. They do their job effectively, just some quibbles.

Excellent tubes. Been using for 10 years with Vittoria Open Corsa tires.(now with Vit. G+ tires). Run at the max 140 psig - no flats. Only use smooth stem with the Italian Prestaflator. The yellow cap is great - hard to loose in garage or in the grass.

Just received these tubes and installed them. The front tube went flat after the first 15 mile ride. It appears to be leaking from the stem. I tried tightening the the stem with no luck. Won’t buy these again.

Must have been a bad batch as received flats after immediate use. Last Continental purchases lasted about 3 years.

Modern rims are so tight. Too easy to pinch a tube. My fault. I end up buying a decent number (4-6) of tubes a year because it seems like every tube change costs two tubes.

Honestly, you’d think a well known brand would be reliable ….Two of the three in the pack have all had slow leaks. One a badly fitting valve body the second I still can’t findDon’t bother

Tubes were supplied out of the boxes and were not as described, valves were 42mm on two of the tubes not 80mm

Have had variable quality from these. But the overall value is pretty good.

It does the job. The valve protrudes quite a bit though and the screw for it doesn't fit that well. Maybe I just had a bad batch.
