Are they water resistant

While Sharpie S-Gel are no smear and no bleed gel pens, they are not water-resistant.

Is this product really as good as advertised?

Yes, it is. I like a bold type and this does that and without smearing (after about a second to dry). I am a nurse and we are extremely picky about our writing utensils. As someone else said, be very careful about loaning it out- prob wont get it back! Also, if you prefer finer print, it comes that way too. Also here there are several colors to choose from as well! Price is very reasonable. You just cant beat a sharpie!!!

Says black in hut photos say 3 colors maybe you should fix that?
