I planted several of these seeds to start getting some plants soon - I think they all sprouted! And soon I will be eating a lot of bok choy! The ease of planting was nice - these are pretty small seeds (like lettace) . As far as taste and quality - that remains to be seen when they get full grown.

These bok choy seeds are great. I grew my bok choy all summer long this year meaning, I grew them and harvested them and planted some more. I had a small backyard garden, two 4' x 8'. They grow fast. I worked too so I didn't have all that much time, but I did plant seeds down 3 times during the year, once in the early spring, during summer and into the late fall, like September. I don't think you will be disappointed. I would buy this again.

These are the best seeds ever !! They germinate quickly and are very healthy plants ! Great tasting and super forgiving if you forget to water.

These seeds all sprouted, but after reaching a height of just 2-3 inches, the tiny plants started growing stems with yellow flowers. In other words they went to seed. Big waste of time, labor and money! Collards & kale don't go to seed until in the fall AFTER having been harvested all summer.

Excellent germination rate. Stems very thin and leaves are small. Not what I expected. Totally not like the picture on the packet. We had some really hot 90s degrees temp so some of the plants bolted. I harvested and added to soup. Taste is mild. Overall, I would try another brand of pak choy to plant.
