Is this dishwasher safe?

The frying pan is Non-stick MINI pan.The soup pot is made of 304 stainless steel. The electric stove can control the temperature in 5 gears (Pay attention not to touch the pot and the stove after heating, it's better to use them with adults). The cooker does not work

I gave this to my granddaughter for her 6th birthday, she was very upset as she was unable to use it as sparks came out of the PowerPoint and it doesn't work, I would like to exchange
