No this goes inside the humidifier directly beneath the opening and fits in easy the other square gasket seals the top and then there is a replacement part for the hose swivel that I've seen on Amazon listed

Is this item cost covered through HSA reimbursement?

HSA eligibility is actually mostly a federal guideline and not determined by your individual insurance provider-- some HSA administrators however will interpret these guidelines differently when reimbursing individual items, but I've never had a problem. And yes, I believe any supply part for a durable medical device is HSA and FSA eligible. This is pretty inexpensive though so not sure I would bother, but you should be able to get reimbursement for it through your HSA administrator.

Which dreamstation does it fit?

It fits my DXS900S11F, which is a Dreamstatiom BiPAP autoSV, but it is the same as the CPAP I had before, just a different computer program. Check the listing closely as it may provide more details.
