The lining of this hat is very soft. The hat itself could be a tad bigger. No real complaints, though. When I wore it to visit my sister-in-law for Christmas, she said that I looked like one of the lesser known Wahlberg brothers in it. So, it's a keeper.

Purchased this hat for my husband. It is fairly thick so it holds its shape when worn. It has a very soft lining to make it comfortable, especially over bald heads like my husband's. Tonight he wore it to the symphony and it looked appropriate with his slightly dressy clothes and he reported that he was perfectly fine outside while waiting for the bus. I bought it in navy. It is a definite improvement over the previous hat my husband seemed to favor. Hopefully this one will not pill.

Super quality. Thoughtful structure and design. Beautiful colors. Bought several to help keep our local homeless warm. Will likely purchase more as family gifts in the future as well. As good as any high end beanie I've seen yet.

You got to keep your head cool you know.Works great.
