I purchased this chair for my medical aesthetics practice. It is exactly as depicted in the picture on the Amazon page. It arrived in a week and was perfect right out of the box. It has all the features I need (foot rest, back and seat are electrically powered) and the chair is comfortable. In addition to this, it is very well priced. I am so pleased that I am going to order another one. I'm also happy to be doing business with a small company based in Great Britain as everything now seems to be made in China.

The chair is very stiff; clients complain that it is uncomfortable and hard to sit on for a long period of time.The footrest that lifts up does not rise fully parallel to the seat; it stays slightly lower, as if it doesn’t lift all the way up.

Very smooth delivery and accurate scheduling. Chair itself looks beautiful and solid to lie on. Motors are quiet and controllable with a remote. Arm rests are detachable in case of needing future replacement. Came in ready to use right out of the box!

I was very pleased to see that this product has a lot of flexibility and the base does not take up as much room as other treatment chairs - without sacrificing the stability or function. It operates quietly and is fully electric (headrest, footrest, up and down. It also sits the patient upright and goes low enough so that all of our providers can have the patient at the ideal height for them to perform procedures. Of note, it is much lighter and easier to move than previous chairs we have used.
