Purchased this for my mum (who can be quite difficult to please) as she has some discomfort when sitting down on the sofa for long periods. She is very happy with the comfort of this item and also notes it doesn't move around as the ring has a rubbery texture on the underside. She no longer experiences much pain and doesn't dread sitting down for long periods of time anymore! Really great product!Although, to note, my mum is a very small lady at 5ft 2 and doesn't weigh a great deal. So the comfort of this ring could be different for taller or heavier set people.

We affectionately call it the "bomb pillow." I got it for my mum while she was in the hospital because she kept complaining about being uncomfortable and needing something to support her bottom. When it arrived, it came in a surprisingly compact box, tightly packaged. Once we opened it, it sprang right into shape. While she was in the hospital, my daughter and I helped her position the cushion, and her immediate reaction was, "Ahhhhhh, that’s so comfortable!" It’s incredibly soft and has lasted my mum six weeks without any issues, preventing her from developing pressure sores. I’m really pleased with this purchase; it’s great quality at a fantastic price, and it’s made such a difference for my mum!

This may sound odd but I didn't buy this for it's intended purpose. I bought it because my new ear piercing was hurting anytime I slept on it on a regular pillow. I tried pillows specifically for pierced ears but they were too close to the ear and it caused pain too. So I had the idea to try a hemorrhoid cushion as the hole in the middle would be bigger.It is perfect for the job. I sleep without any pain now and my ear is doing so much better. I used to use two pillows so this is lower but I got used to it quick enough. It's quite firm which doesn't bother me. It's just nice to finally be able to sleep without pain.It would also probably be helpful if you like to sleep with ear plugs or headphones. I have experienced it before where the headphone or earplug doesn't stay in because the normal pillow pushes it and can dislodge it.The cover has a zip so you can take it off to wash it. There's also a little handle.It did have a smell when it arrived but it's gone after a few days.It arrived vacuum packed and rolled up so you have to let it puff out.Overall I am pleased and recommend it.

I should have checked the size before placing the order. The cushion is too small for adults. the build quality is good though.

Needed one of these to relieve pressure on the lowrler bits. Wanted it firm so to use all day. This is memory foam. Softer than is wanted but it works and no problems so far. One excellent thing is that it's very portable so can use on train/ but airport etc. Glad I got this one. Well priced. Doesn't have cut outs aside from donut but I have one of those others and this is better.

Due to problems with my tailbone I was in agony sitting down so thought I'd give this a go. What a difference to my life this has made! It's made sitting bearable and takes the pressure off. Honestly it's worked wonderfully for me.
