So far so good.
First off I haven't been out yet to shoot after mounting this but I will update after I do.Pros: very clear glass, I was not expecting the optical clarity to be this good. The reticle is very fine and has 400 and 600 yard(or maybe meter) marks that I will also test but I couldn't ask for a better reticle on a 4x. The reticle illumination is also very nice as it only lights up the center and not the posts and plenty bright enough with 3 settings and an off notch between each color although the blue doesn't show up very well as blue is a dark color. Also came with 2 2032 batteries. Finish is good and the mounting thumb screws are nice and large enough to get a grip on. The focus ring is very smooth and precise. The windage and elevation adjustments are very clicky and you can even hear it(I will update with tracking results). Also the caps are O-ring sealed.Cons: My largest con is the eye relief. It's around 1 inch! I had to buy an extended Riser rail just to get a sight picture with it mounted on the last notch. I'm not sure how long it's supposed to be as I've seen these say from 2 to 5 inches when other brands stamp their name on it. Because of the eye relief requiring you to touch your retina to the glass the irons sights are too large close up to be useful but you can take the rear block off, the fiber optic assembly is part of the objective bell and cannot be removed. As many reviews said the optic flew off of the mount so I took the two screws out which had horrendously rough threads and loc-tited the holy living crap out of them and torqued them to about 20 inch pounds. When I had the bottom mount off I also noticed what appears to be the hole that the nitrogen gas is inserted into the tube assembly which they sealed with black latex globbed loosely in.Like I said, I haven't taken it out and tested it yet but so far I'm impressed but I will update my review after I put a couple hundred rounds down range. Thanks for reading.

Useful stylish scope
After a few years of using this scope I have to say that it's a great scope for those who like a more tactical look. Pros: it provides a clear sight picture with good 4x magnification, a crisp reticle that can illuminate the crosshairs in various colors (the illuminated crosshairs are mostly just a gimmick but occasionally useful if your crosshairs blend into the target i.e. Black crosshairs against a black target, illuminating helps make point of aim easier to see). This was also very easy to sight in and it maintains its sighted accuracy. Cons: it's a bit heavy, the iron sight/fiber optic sight on top is basically useless, the toggle to turn on the reticle illumination is tricky, and you have to get your eye pretty close to the optic to have a full sight picture (they say 2 inch eye relief which may not be bad for longer scopes but since this is a short scope You really have to lean your head forward to get the correct sight picture). Overall it suits my needs (range fun 50-100yard with .22 rifle). I would probably buy one of the cheaper, lighter, longer scopes if I were in the market again (same functionality, cheaper, lighter) but this scope looks cool and is fun to play with.

this is a pretty good scope to throw on your new rifle
So for the money, this is a pretty good scope to throw on your new rifle, while you shop for the scope you really want. All three colors have 3 brightness levels, which is pretty cool. Actually, having 3 colors is pretty damn cool, too. I have two issues with it; the open site on top for one. The fiber optic section looks cheap, and mine was installed completely off center. The front part is adjustable, but totally janky, and totally useless combined with the off kilter front site. I'm going to try and just machine it off somehow if I can make it happen without ruining it. As you can see in the other reviews, the relief is pretty bad. If you have a collapsible stock, you may be able to live with it. If you don't, you will be SOL. They could sell this scope for at least twice the amount if they fixed these two things- I mean the open site looks like something I'd make when I was drunk. Obviously it is made in Commie China, buy people who reverse engineered a finer specimen, and have never actually seen a gun before. Like I said before, it gets the job done, just know you'll be throwing it on an air soft rifle for a kid in a few months after you buy it.

its more of a 3.5 star than a 4 star, but definitely not a 3 star.
its more of a 3.5 star than a 4 star, but definitely not a 3 star. For what you pay it works well. You have to use lock-tite on the screws that hold the scope onto the mount and the screws that holds it onto the rail. comes lose pretty easily if you don't. it also seems like the dial to adjust the scope up and down was backwards and why its a 3.5 star. I burned through 10 rnds wondering why I kept hitting low before I decided to ignore the markings and turned the dial the other direction. the left and right dial was marked correctly. the lighting works well, but for what you pay for its worth the money.Just thought I should update my review. I was able to maintain a 3inch grouping at a 100yards. 300blackout 10.5inch barrel, 147gr federals. I was definitely able to center this for 100yards. It was my first time shooting 100yards so I have to say that this scope is definitely worth the money. i may try to sight this for 200yards, but unlikely. 200 yards is pushing it for this scope. you will be able to get it on target but unlikey to zero it, but i guess that depends on what you plan on using this for.

Mounted on a 12 Gauge rifle
This was mounted on a 12 gauge shot gun. It took a little figuring out at first but in the end everything was OK.

would not reccomend
The distance from your eye to the scope is very short less than any other rifle scope i own. Beyond that problem it is a nice unit however anyone using a scope knows that a longer focal distance is easier and safer to use
