Q: Does it have indiglo light?

I just bought mine from REI online and the watch box states "INDIGLO" -- but, it ain't.

Q: Where is the solar cell?

The entire dial is the solar panel. The cell (battery) is in the back of the watch, you need to unscrew the back plate.
