Works really good once you get used to it but close shave will be problem

I bought this Remington shaver with very high hopes, however, the quality of shave that I get from this is very poor. I somehow doubt whether, I got a new product or I was given a used & defective piece.

I see some of these reviews with the low star rating, and I honestly don't understand why. Maybe theirs are defective, because the one I've got works amazingly. I get a close shave and the price is great!

I don't know how its possible to make a shaver this good for such low cost. This is a good razor. Its well built, looks good ,gives a close, comfortable shave and is quiet. I was reluctant to buy, because of the low price, but I am very glad I bought it. Well worth the money.
