Easy to use
I liked that it was so easy to spread. It gave the wood a deeper color.

Love this!
It’s so conditioning and softening to the wood that I considered using it on my skin. I didn’t of course but you get my point!

Brought out the beauty!
The wax on my first chair was wonderful. I thought it would give a more finished piece. The country chic video said it would make it look more professional. They weren't kidding! As soon as I put it on and began to buff- all the distressing and light colors I brushed in shined through! Definitely an experimenting with country chic's products.

Beautiful finish
I love this stuff. You can apply thin layers multiple times until you achieve the depth of color you want. Even with barely any layering it instantly brings out the grain in any wood I tried it on. Absolutely amazing, silky smooth finish once fully cured with a very slight gloss that makes the furniture look so high end. Will definitely purchase more and additional colors for future projects. Added bonus, there is very little smell to this, though personally I actually really like the scent (walnut oil shines here).

Application
Like how it’s easy to wipe on and off. Doesn’t turn yellow like the paint on kind.

I wish it was more translucent
Don't get me wrong, this is really nice wax on probably any other other colors than white. I bought it out of desperation because the first poly coat turned yellow in spots. I panicked, turned around and took off the poly and used the wax instead but it turned yellowish, then I tried it on another white piece I had and the yellow wasn't as bad. I'm still going to use it on other projects and will report after use. This stuff is not cheap but I think it is quality for the right project and smells wonderful!

The product must be old
Hi unfortunately my return window has closed. I just open the product took pictures on my phone of me opening. It has a date and everything on my picture and the plastic when I opened it. It was very dry to dry. I am in using waxes for years I’m trying to find out how you can send me a replacement maybe a new one. This looks like it sat on the shelf for a while plus by the time I got it had a little damage on the can was hard to get the lid off. I went ahead and tested it honestly this product I don’t think it works very well but it is very dry.

The collur
It went in a piece so smooth and wiped of. Easy to leave just enough for the aging. It was exactly what I was looking for. If you want to age some wood get this beautiful black wax. I love it.

Important in that it worked as was advertsed. I will get more of this product as needed.
Its used for doing the furniture. The climate here is dry and the wood sucks it up. I"m happy with this product

It’s ok
Not how i expected it to be after as per the description. could have been smoother and lighter shade. I bought brown but a way lot like black. was not happy with the results :( I wish i could get refund for this

Causes streaks
I tried using the wax twice now… Both times it made the pieces I painted look streaky. I applied it once with a brush and once with a lint-free cloth. One tip given is to soften the wax in the microwave, so going to try that next time. I haven’t completely given up on the wax yet… but it’s definitely not as easy to work with as their chalk paint.

I will be using it as a protectant after using chalk paint on a dresser
I haven’t finished it on all the furniture yet but what I have used seems to go on well and hopefully it will be a good protectant for the chalk paint finish.
