Very pleased, the best thing is the temperature of the coffee is exactly correct, most others do not get this correct. Only thing is to make sure you do not get water into the base, I used vaseline in the cracks, and later sealant. This is the best on the market, some advise get an extra jug.

Bought in February and by June it's leaking through every metal seam

I purchased this machine 2 weeks ago, and have used it daily ever since. Making coffee is a simple task, it takes under 10 minutes to brew a full pot and its piping hot! It will hold the coffee at a hot temperature indefinitely. Having the second hot plate is a bonus when the whole family visits.

Make great fresh coffee, really easy to use.Brews quickly and stays hot ( no auto shutoff)Has handy 2nd hot plate. Easy to clean.Only negative is the jug - it drips when pouring ( bad seal)

We are a busy company with 15-20 employees and we rely on our coffee but this machine has let us down again after just 18 months of use. A shame as we do find it easy to use although cleaning is tricky.

Do not buy poor imitation of a Bravilor machine waste of money breaking after just years light usage. Would give it zero stars if I could..

Terrible machine. It leaked out of the base and tower. We were careful not to overfill and only add one jug at a time. Despite this, the leaking continued. Additionally the brand itself will not receive technical support calls unless purchased directly from them and not through a third party.
