Great multivitamins!
Quality of the ingredients are great! Works well, and I can feel a difference when I take them. Local health food store is always sold out of these, so I was happy to purchase them here. I will definitely subscribe for regular delivery.

Very good.
Taking for some time, alternate between GNC Womens multivitamin & this, due to availability & sale prices. Helps with energy levels, especially during menses month.

Feel the difference!
Me and my wife LOVE NOW foods products. I purchased the Men's supplement (Adam), and after a couple of weeks use, we definitely notice the difference! Didn't think it mattered which multi's I used, but boy was I wrong! I wake up at 5:30 am 5 days a week, and can definitely feel the difference the days I forget to take them in the morning. One caveat: don't be alarmed, the first urination after dosing will look like Mountain Dew! It's your body flushing out the excess riboflavin from your body, as this product may be packed with more than you need. Better to have a little more vitamins and minerals in your body than not enough. I've recommended this to my friends and family, and would highly recommend them to you.

Research Says These Are Good Quality BUT Beware They May Cause Breakouts
I did some research on the best quality vitamins to get and these were high on the list. Testing shows that they actually have what they say they have in them, unlike a lot of other brands. They smell and taste gross but I feel like that's because you're actually getting what's on the label. They're big so I personally need to let them sit in my mouth for a few second before I can swallow them with water and that's where the gross taste comes in. They remind me of the chewables I used to take as a kid. I'm not bothered by the size or the taste if the quality is good, otherwise what's the use of a vitamin.*Update 10/4/16, Beware, could cause breakouts: While I still think overall these are good quality vitamins, I believe they are the cause of my recent breakouts. I started to break out terribly after I started taking these daily. I couldn't figure out what was causing it until I realized that taking these vitamins was the only new thing I started doing/using right before the breakouts. When I researched it I found that many multi-vitamins can cause breakouts because of the B12 vitamin. This multi-vitamin contains 3000% of the daily recommended dose of B12. I stopped taking the vitamins and my skin has started to clear up.

Cost effective multivitamin with Iron
Cost-effective multivitamin with iron, even when accounting for taking multiple pills to reach the recommended dosage. And I really appreciate that the vitamin sources used are more bioavailable ones, even though they can be more expensive (example, B12 Methylcobalamin, not Cyanocobalami).

Because of the delay in delivery my doctor has requested I no longer take the multiple vitamin.
I disliked the vitamin A beta carotene amount per serving as it has been proven high dosages can cause cancer. That is why my doctor has requested me to no longer take a multiple vitamin. I did like the other servings of vitamins and minerals.

Large pills
I don’t like taking two large pills a day. I normally like and use Now products, but for some reason with the large pills, it upsets my stomach. I use the B Complex capsule just fine. I do okay with 1 pill, it’s just two or more. I have the same issue with Now magnesium and Calcium horse pills. I can take one. Two or more upsets my stomach. I have learned just to avoid the pills. I take Mow vitamin D gel caps and also do just fine. It’s just something about the larger pills.
