my saf-er- grip has quit sticking it falls off bath tub do you have any suggections

What works for me on tiled walls is to clean both the surface you're sticking it to AND the suction cups with isopropyl alcohol on a clean cloth. Dry the surface you're sticking it to thoroughly. Dappen only the suction cups, then press the bar onto the surface you cleaned. Hold and press as firmly as possible near where the suction cups are located for a solid 30 seconds. For best results, wait a few hours to let it "cure" before using as  intended.

Question 2

I have 3 of these, and can't get them to stay up at all. I don't want to drill the tile. Do you think I use glue?

3/25/22, See my review on this item. 3 from BB store similar, I used inside plastic shower shell; put them exactly where you want them, as in my case I didn't want to drill holes not knowing what's under there, w/marine-grade epoxy. They won't come off, don't rely solely on those cups. For this application (single handle) at the edge of the shower rail it wasn't necessary to glue it on.

What is the exact diameter of the suction cups and the distance between the two cups?

The suction cups are about 3" in diameter. Easily fit inside a 4" sq. tile. The distance between the suction cups is about 12", enough for to hands. These are NOT design to sustain a person's entire weight. They are designed to stabilize a person while getting up or standing up. So far they are functioning as expected.

How much weight does it hold?

It does not give you a weight limit on the box or the pamphlet, but I weigh over 300 and I had no problem at all using it.  I used it to get in and out of the tub plus getting up from the commode while I was away.  The suction cups really held tight to the wall.  The wall must be clean or it won't stick.  I would highly recommend it and I am happy that I purchased it.  I have it with me in my car in case I need it.
