Drain Hose - Tennant T3, T5 - 1043538 Aftermarket

It’s not the exact hose I needed, but it’s way more affordable than the one I needed. It’s oe from tenant and fit my machine, even though it was for a different unit. Used on the tennant eh5 model.

This is a great hose, especially since the original tore in half (since someone stored with the waste tank full). My only down fall, where it fits to the tank for the drain, was a little loose. But a hose clamp fixed this.

Perfect replacement and fit

Bought this because the lead time for a replacement from Tennent was too long and was half the price. Only lasted about nine months. Purchased in September 2020 and the hose started leaking. After removing to find the leak I pulled the hose to elongate it without very much force and it just ripped at the leak point. Save your self the time and money and stick with OEM on this one.

The autoscrubber that this part is installed on is used maybe 3-4 times a month. I have purchased this part number three times in the past. Two times from Amazon and the third from another vendor. Each purchase, the hose tears after 2-3 months of use. We own several autoscrubbers and the quality of this hose compared to OEM versions is noticeably inferior. Aftermarket products tend to be a little less in quality, but given the minimal use I can not recommend this one. If you are in a time crunch and shipping for the OEM version is to long, this will hold you up for a couple of cleans. That said, do not depend on this part to last long.
