Way back in 1995 when I was looking for a job a friend of mine gave me this book. I found it to be super valuable with many great ideas. Over the years I was pleased to give current editions of this book to people who were job searching. In 2022 I am pleased to be able to once again give this book to a friend.

Es fängt mit recht guten Tipps an, wie man sich während einer schwierigen Phase seelisch über Wasser hält: Dafür 2 Sterne.Dann geht es los mit "Diversity, Inclusivity, Equity". Rauf und runter. Ein paar Auszüge:- "Often organizations will post photographs of their board members (...) How diverse (or homogeneous) are the individuals in those photos?"- "Note if the company employs (...) 'Chief Diversity Officer' or 'Director of Diversity, Equity and Belonging'"- "Simply asking, 'How does your organization support diversity and inclusion?' should be enough (...)"Traurig.

It’s a brilliant book. I’ve now bought it for a friend who has been undecisive whether to stay in her field & continue to be unhappy or where to expand her search & her horizon.Back in 2011 one particular sentence got me a job in a very acclaimed company. How do I know. They repeated it back to me after the preliminary interview & they quoted: You said you ‘’like a challenge & your capabilities to be stretched.’’ We have decided to offer you another position that would be in line w/ that.True story. I hope it can do the same for my friend & for many other people & to inspire you on your journey in pursuit of a great role in a place where you will be able to thrive.

Not bad but all information common sense or available for free on blogs.Supremely overrated.
