Can you confirm this is a quick connect/disconnect stick?

This cue is not a quick release. Quick release comes apart after 1/2 to 1 full turn. This is a screw in.

Mine arrived without a cue tip. Can you recommend a suitable cue tip for me to purchase?

el taco esta bien se juega bien con el, lo malo es que solo tiene un apunta estaria bien que vendieran otra punta de repuesto y de igual manera lo otro malo que le note es que la imagen no es grabada si no que es como algun tipo de plastico con la imagen eso con el tiempo se va a despegar de ahi en fuera todo bien se juega bien y el golpe es bueno y su peso tambien
