Dont buy until the manufacture resolves the review below.
I’m deviated to have to write this review but there is no option to contact the seller directly. I have only been wearing my tag for 2 weeks and both sides are actually fading away. I needed this product to work because my health is life or death right now and having something like this made me so happy. Now it’s useless! A note to the seller... Please don’t advertise your product as waterproof because that is not a fact. It’s so bad if I run my finger over it it fades worse. I am hoping the makers of The makers of this product will contact me to resolve my issues.A note to Amazon- it may be a good idea to look into this because these products could cost lives if the tag is not readable.

Great product with one exception....
I purchased both this and the luggage tags for our trip to Italy recently. All seemed to work just fine. I was able to set up each with the right information pretty easily. However one small detail that has bugged me about the medical tag. The quality of the tag itself was very good. But the neck chain was surprisingly cheap in construction. Just a basic keychain, and it was short! You need to open it up to hang around your neck, and my original chain wouldn't close after a few days so I had to carry the tag in my pocket for almost the entire trip. I know it's fixable given needle nose pliers, but why should you have to? I was able to contact customer service upon return, and they were very good, supplied a replacement chain. But my suggested solution would be a longer chain that you can slip over your head without stressing the connection that would bend the catch eventually. Just stepping up the chain in quality and length would solve the problem immediately. I wouldn't mind paying a few extra dollars for the product if you could just upgrade the chain. Otherwise, don't leave home without it!

My Doctor Says This Could Save My Life!
What can I say other than I showed this as well as my record to my Veterans Admin Primary care doctor as well as my VA cardiologist and both agree that this simple tag could very easily save my life. I might advise that anyone using this item to please let your doctors review the info to put online and/or make suggestions. I wear this right long side my container for Nitroglycerin as I do have heart issues. The chain that came with it is good, however, because I am picky :) I purchased a black titanium chain. I think the black looks less like jewelry which is what I was looking for and it matches the tag of course! Might be a great option for you all!

Great but....
This is a great idea. The product arrived as promised, was quick and easy to set up and worked like a charm. Unfortunately, it's useless because first responders and medical professionals have no clue what it is or how it works. I would strongly recommend that the company should purchase mailing list for every emergency medical facility, ambulance service and fire department (both paid and volunteer) and send out mass mailings explaining how your product works. Give them instructions on what to look for and how to download the scanning app, in advance, for quick and easy access during an emergency. Without this, your product is of no benefit to anyone. If you do purchase this item, please take the extra step of contacting the agency that offers emergency services for your loved one to explain what it is and how it works so they might be better able to assist them as needed.

Very detailed emergency info
The amount of information that the tag can provide an emergency responder is impressive. All the critical information is provided in addition to immunization, any documentation, phone numbers, addresses, etc. I value the privacy that this medical tag provides. It accesses a web site rather that hangs on your body telling anyone who looks what your name and conditions are. This is a vast improvement over simple dog tags with limited engraved info. Lastly, looking over previous comments the tag I was sent is very durable, no way info can be rubbed off. This is a huge improvement in emergency medical tags.
