One of the worst things about all cups and jock straps I've ever used was how uncomfortable they are. But maybe it's the technology that's improved, but I can't get over how this isn't a problem with Shock Doctor. They're as comfortable as any spandex athletic drawers, and the support and protection are fantastic. I do kickboxing and sparring, and I can stretch and move easily and without pinching or painful pressure points, and the cup can shed wayward kicks and punches that I've seen drop full grown men.Both the cup and the drawers are easily handwashable between sessions, but it's such a value for money that I've bought another pair. Highly recommended!

Great fit and comfort! Like most guys, I have no hips, and these shorts stay on but don't feel restrictive. Shock Doctor is my most trusted brand. Ever since the first SD cup I purchased, I've never gone anywhere else. I'm completely unaffected by grazing hits and direct hits cause no lasting pain. I wear this in my Muay Thai kickboxing workouts and my beans always feel protected!

Excellent product that is a good combination in one garment, rather than having to have two items

The boxers fit kinda weird when you first put them on, but they get comfortable as you wear them. The pocket that holds the cup has a weird design. Luckily I didn't have to test the level of protection yet.

I use this for Kenpo and various Jitsu disciplines. It stays in place better than any protector I’ve used before, and it protects well. I was teaching some of the littles, and their roundhouse kicks kept landing in such a way that it tested the durability of the cup.

I really like these, it fits well and the cup is a lot more comfortable than others I have worn. Size seemed accurate to me also. I feel this provides just as much support as a regular jock while being much more comfortable.
