Our camera only supports 2.4G routers. Very sorry for this happen, so below we give some Tips for all of our customers according to the previous connect problems. Hope this will be useful for all customers.Connection unsuccessful solution:(1) Local area network search to add a camera, make sure that the phone and the camera to use the same WiFi.(2) Delete the UID code you added.Use a long needle Or toothpick press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, then re connect the camera, you can try several times to restart to connect the camera, restart the button next to the SD card slot.(3) If the WIFI signal is not good, the camera must plug in the cable network in Router and then manually add the camera, and then scan the camera at the bottom of the two-dimensional code or enter the camera at the bottom of the UID code.Camera connect password is: 888888Try these kinds of connection methods will give you a very pleasant experience!

Features are great but it FREEZES
I bought this as a baby monitor for my 1 year old and 3 year old while they sleep so I can go about my business in the house without having to go and check to make sure no one is crying every 10 minutes. I love the night vision and swivel features. They work great. If you have a light sleeper the noise of the camera moving may wake them up. Also there is a blinking green light that is always on and if night vision is on you can see red lights. However, the lights don't bother me or my kids. THE ONE NEGATIVE thing that has been really bothering me is that the app/camera always freezes. I will hear crying and look at the screen and its frozen on my child still sleeping. That has been becoming a little bit of a deal breaker for me lately now that my 1 year old is becoming more and more mobile. I will probably have to invest in another camera. But overall, for the price I paid for this camera, it has served its purpose for now and I have no regrets.

It seems like it can locate the camera but i just won't ...
I bought this last month and has been working well. But once I updated my EyeCloud app on my iphone (09/01/16), my camera no longer works. It would not connect (attempts to but it times out). I have tried both wireless and ethernet cable method... still won't connect. It seems like it can locate the camera but i just won't connect :(

Great snake can 😊
I bought a similar camera from a different company I was not impressed with the setup or picture quality . This camera is 10 times better the rotation an movement of the camera is smooth an moves 360 an up an down completely . I love this camera an recommend it to others especially as a pet monitor I have a snake room with a collection of corn snakes so I like to keep an eye out on them.

Solid camera, app is udder garbage.
I like the camera. Image quality is great. It feels solid, and is heavy. Other than that, you get what you pay for. The app is GARBAGE, which maes this hardly worth it. I have 24mbps internet, which is plenty fast, and the system would lag and pixelate, to the point that it might as well be off. I am not satisfied with the overall quality and reliability of this camera set up. I will be buying something more expensive, unfortunately.

Used to work but not anymore!
I have 4 of these cameras and was able to link all of the to the Eye4 app at one point. Recently, all cameras stopped working and when I tried to re-configure them to the app, all I hear coming from the cameras are, "Regonition failed"! I am SO frustrated!!! Their support simply says to reset the camera and make sure the app is up to date. Since I've already done both of these, this is NOT helpful. Now I have 4 inoperable cameras!

App does not work. The company is trying to post answers to the questions about how to fix it and they do not work. Go for a different camera.

Can't see video on my iphone using eyecloud 2.0 software after vendor update and subsequently release of ios10.
Update 09/22/16 - was told by vendor that they will fix the eyecloud software. So - that's great news. I am changing to 4 stars as the cameras work pretty good....Was 5 stars before last update on first week of September. I own two (02) cameras which worked fantastic before update. However, I can't see video in my phones now. I've contacted seller but it's still unclear to me if the software vendor is going to publish a fix to this issue. I am waiting one more week to see if that happens. If not, I will return both cameras.

Don't bother!
From day 1 we had issues with this garbage. I tolerated it for a while right now, I have had it and it's going out to the next recycle bin.
