Great product
Love this product. The scent is pleasing. It effectively cleans your hair & cuts down on frizz. The cream rinse leaves your hair soft & minimizes tangles. A good value.

Great for High Humidity Environments
This works well to keep my frizzy hair under control in a high humidity environment. It rains and mists so much here in the Pacific Northwest that I had to do something! This, combined with some of their other products really help.

Was looking for John Frieda frizz control but they were out. Used this and does help some for wavy hair

Works but..
First of all the smell is horrendous. And i used this conditioner with the matching shampoo (which they both smell like pure chemicals) and it did nothing to help my frizz… i think it made it worse. However, this is the first product that defined my curls while still leaving my hair super soft. I also noticed my hair get greasy asf but just making sure you wash all the product off and not using too much will work. Overall i think with all the negatives it cancels out so I like this product and would recommend.

I thought it was counterfeit when it arrived.
The old formula was great, but this new formula makes my hair dry and for the first time ever I'm getting tangles. The scent is obnoxious and not like anything I've experienced at a salon. The new packaging is noticeably lower quality with the tube trimmed and sealed at a slight angle, thinner cheaper tube material, and brittle flip lid. The graphic design of the new packaging is laughable. My curls are still forming nicely with grouped strands and bounce. Visually, my hair seems the same as the old formula, but I'm also using several other products including their old formula shampoo. It doesn't work as well though if I need to be concerned about damage from drier hair and tangled knots forming.
