Sturdy and safe
This sword was a perfect prop to use for my samurai cosplay. Very convention safe. It's the standard length of traditional katana and the blade and handguard are made of a very sturdy foam. The sheath is made from plastic with foam on the inside. The outside of the sheath can get marked and knicked easily, so do take care if you want to keep it pure white. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!

Great sword, sheath came broken
The sword itself is great. It's pretty sturdy and makes for a great cosplay accessory. However, when I opened the package, I saw that the bottom of the sheath was broken, which was a little annoying. But overall, not too bad

The sword is well made, with good heft and length. The blade is thick enough to not bend, but not so thick that it look bad. Overall, a great cosplay weapon!
