Dupli-Color AGM0593 Single EAGM05930 General Motors White Diamond All-in-1 Scratch Fix Pen

The color was good, the instruction were right the scraper worked OK. You want to take your time clean & prep the sight completely. Then plan on putting numerous thin coats to get the area covered. My very special paint job had a black primer & was difficult to cover with a white pearl paint. I found it important to scrape the edges down in an attempt to level it, then clean well with alcohol & wipe clean with micro cloths. Be slow & patient & it will do a DYI cover-up OK.

Can be a little finicky to apply but works well, matches pretty good, and provides protection. If you are a perfectionist there are several youtube videos on how to blend these types of touchups in to be barely noticeable.

It is pretty thin paint so my scrape is going to take lots of layer but so far coming along nicely. I am pleased with the match for white diamond pearl on my GMC Acadia 2012

This paint states that it matches the 800J paint code for the White Diamond TriCoat for a Cadillac, but it doesn't. After shaking the thing up for awhile and painting on a test piece of paper, all of my results show the silver fleck...so it looks silver. I went to GM and bought the same paint, and it does match. The difference is that they put the silver fleck in the clear coat that is in the base of the touch up paint. So, since Amazon can apparently ship paint, but not return it (How the heck does that work??), I have a $17 tube of touch up paint that will just sit in my basement until I throw it out.

The Scratch Fix Pen is good, convenient, and can stand on a shelf easy so as not to get lost. The instructions could be better though!
