Great product!

I have been taking this since Aug., 2015. I chose NatureMade because it doesn't have the PABAs found in other supplements. Since I have been taking this my hair has grown faster, my nails are less brittle and my skin looks much better. The only complaint I have is this bottle deserves a 'Blackhole' award. It is less than half full. This bugged me so much that I wrote to NatureMade Customer Service. Here is their answer: "Several of our products use the same size container to help maintain uniformity of the bottles on the shelf. Additionally by using the same size container for multiple products, it helps us maintain the cost of our products. We are happy to inform you that our bottles can be recycled." So you see, it's for their convenience and I suppose it helps to maintain the cost since they don't have to invest in different sized containers. I still consider it wasteful and somewhat deceptive. UPDATE AUG., 2016 - It's now been a full year and my hair is thicker than it has been since I was a teen - I'm 62! I'm actually growing new hair along my hairline where previously there was none. I used to have a receding hairline and was really embarrassed by it. And for some reason, my hair has developed WAVES! I have always had very fine straight hair. To be fair, I also stopped perming and coloring, but I believe these supplements really made the biggest difference since I am comparing my hair's appearance to what it was like when I was much younger. Very pleased :)

Great for nails and hair.

These vitamins are easy to take and gentle on the stomach. The biotin dose is solid, and the formula feels clean. Like most hair, skin, and nails supplements, the results are slow, so you have to stick with it for a while to notice anything. Still, it is a simple way to add a little extra support to your routine.

Doesn't make my nails grow any better, but I'm unhappy with the size of bottle. It is a huge bottle with 120 pills in it. It's 1/3 full. Using deceptive marketing. Thought the pills were large and needed such a big bottle, but no it could have fit well in the size that Vit Ds come in. Just a warning. Not buying again.
