Good product and helped with my brittle nails a lot. However, it made my nauseous if I didn’t eat immediately- which could sometimes cause issues if I didn’t perfectly time it with my food (as a busy person this is harder than it sounds).

I am generally skeptical of nutritional supplements. I have had a big problem with brittle, splitting nails. This product actually seems to work! My nails are stronger and have quit splitting. I don't notice any difference in my skin or hair, but I'm thoroughly satisfied because my nails were my problem. I recommend this product.

Amazon says I have purchased this bottle 26 times. My husband and I have used it for years. I discovered that it stopped the pain I experienced in my knees when walking up stairs. I skipped it one day and the pain returned. I started to reorder it today, but the price had spiked an additional $7.00. It went from a little over $13 to a little over $20. I will not buy this at that price. If it goes back down to $13, which I think is also high, I will buy it again, but not until then. I checked the price at Walmart. They had the price of $23.18 marked through and listed a sale price of $13.18, which is what I used to pay. I am ordering it from them this time.

Great quality, great price. We definitely have noticed stronger nails, healthier looking hair. No taste, no smell, easy to take.

Normally, I am a big fan of Nature Made products, however after taking these supplements for over six months, I found them to be very ineffective overall. I did see a slight improvement with hair growth, but nothing significant. I am a pescatarian, consuming high protein through fish, beans, etc. therefore I do feel this is what is mainly contributing to positive changes. The supplements may be helping, but not as much as I was hoping they would. I did not notice any stomach upset nor foul taste while taking these. They were easy to swallow and sealed/packaged well. I have stopped my subscription for this supplement, and I will be trying a different hair, skin and nail supplement moving forward to see if I notice any positive changes.
