I am now on my third teapot. Love its size and shape and the fact that the spout does drip but the finish keeps coming off. I ordered the black matte version and it looked lovely when it first arrived. Within a couple of weeks of use, I noticed some of the finish coming off, leaving me with a mottled black and stainless steel product. Amazon has kindly replaced this teapot now 3 times and the same thing keeps happening. I've given up sending them back as I doubt another one will be any better. It's a shame, as it is a very nice teapot.

Decent steel tea pot with granite finish

Unfortunately the lid of the teapot stopped closing properly after a few days. The teapot W as returned and a replacement sent to us. We have been using the replacement teapot for 4-5 months and now its lid has stopped closing properly. As the return window has closed we are having to purchase another teapot. We won’t be buying from this company however.

Love this teapot, it looks good and pours perfectly without dripping or spilling.

Light, well made and pours beautifully. No drips. The hinged lid is handy.

We absolutely love this tea pot, it is everything we needed in a pot! Easy to fill, holds plenty, very easy to carry when full and pours so nicely with no drips or spills. So chuffed as we have tried lots of other teapots over the years. Might even buy a spare for the future :-)
