I have been taking this about 6 weeks and have lost 6 pounds without exercise. I guess that means it's working, but it certainly doesn't live up to some of the claims I have read. The good news is that it seems to work as an appetite suppressant. Normally, appetite suppressants do nothing for me, because I don't really need an appetite to eat. I eat stress. I eat for comfort. I eat when I'm bored. I eat when I'm reading or involved in some other sedentary activity. I eat simply because I like the taste of food. In fact, when I eat, I'm usually thinking about my next meal, so I really wasn't expecting much from the appetite suppressant aspect of this product. I must say, however, that it really does help me not to think about food so much. I honestly feel full enough that I don't want to eat. Another advantage of this product is that it doesn't make me nervous or jittery. I used another product that gave me so much anxiety, I almost went to the emergency room, afraid I was having a heart attack. I have not had a single adverse side effect from this product, at all. So in summation, yes, it seems to work without any adverse effects, as long as you don't mind that it's slow and easy and the pounds aren't just going to fall off overnight and without extra effort.

You have to give it time and you have to understand how to take it. Carb free diets are not necessary or sustainable. It's very affordable and no side effects

I take these with Super enzymes. I won't poop for days if I don't combine these two. I don't have a gallbladder. I also work out. But this has worked for me over the years . I had to restart taking it, it's been month since I haven't use it and the second day my digestion is back to normal. I totally support .
