Sure, why not? I used it to strain broth and cover / dry meat.

It seems like grade '100' is something the seller made up, there's no such thing it seems. Any proof it's any different from other 90 grades?

This is a muslin cheese cloth. Very strong and works much better in my opinion than regular 90 cheese cloth. grade 100 is basically the thread count. After using this...I don't think I will ever go back to grade 90 cheese cloth.

Is this good for ironing fabrics and protecting the fabric from scorch/water spots/shine?

This is graded 100 which is 46x54 thread, so it should be able to perform your ironing duties.

Can these be used to make sachets?

I never made sachets but I think so it’s a high quality cheese cloth and dense

Filter oat milk well

I bought these to use instead of my fine mesh strainer. I used them for the first time today and refiltered oat milk that I had used a fine mesh strainer 3x on. It worked very well and strained even more oat fiber out.
