Japanese Ryokan

I love this scent in my home. I have ordered 3 so far and will continue to order it. I get so many compliments from guests that my home smells so good. Thank you for a great product

It was a disappointment, zero smell!!!!

I really wanted a specific scent profile, and according to the description of the base, middle, and top notes, this seemed to fit the bill. Unfortunately, rather than a floral with woody, musky notes, it just smells like soap to me. It's not a BAD scent, it's just not what I was going for, and, in my opinion, doesn't exactly match up with the description. I did read others' reviews, which describe it as "clean," and forged ahead with my purchase, even though that's not what I was looking for, so that's on me. I do think "clean" is a good description of it. (But that's not my favorite category of scent. I like sweet florals, woodsy, and spicy scents, and this isn't really any of those.) If you like "fresh laundry" and "ozone" type scents, you will probably like this quite well. In terms of scent throw, it's darn mild, even with fully saturated and rearranged sticks - it's in my tiny home office and I can't really pick up on it at all, which is fine, because I don't love the scent, ha ha! I will try another brand next time, perhaps Sweetwater Decor, which I've had great results with in terms of both smelling as expected and in terms of scent throw. In sum, even if you love the scent, I found this to be a weak product and definitely spent more on it than I feel it was worth. Might be perfect for others, but for me, this was basically a $20 mistake.

I ordered these thinking it would make my home smell like the Shangri La. Not only did that not happen as these smell nothing like the Shangri La hotel, they actually don’t do anything in terms of freshening up your home! Literally, you can’t smell anything coming from these. I bought three and put them in my main living area and there is no change in terms of smell in my home. I wrote a review about a month ago explaining this. I randomly got an email from customer support stating they’d send out new scents and help to drive my satisfaction up. Felt that was great! However, after a month since responding, I’ve heard nothing from the company and received nothing else from them!! Do yourselves a favor and save your money, even if they went down by $10 per unit since my order!!!

Pre-Covid, I visited Hong Kong 3 times a year, always staying at the Shangri-la Hotel. Buying multiple bottles of the hotel signature scent. Thriller I can still purchase the scent without enduring a 17 hour flight. The scent is spot on to the hotels signature scent. Joy! It's the little things in life..

Beautiful Scent in my parlor and living room It’d lovely

Scent fades quickly and it’s only good in this small size for tiny spaces like a powder room. My husband loved the smell - wished it lasted longer!

When I got this scent three days ago I opened the bottle and could hardly smell anything so I was skeptical. After placing it in my bathroom I noticed a light scent within a day and now my bathroom smells wonderful and I notice the fragrance in the adjoining room. I was particularly looking for a light scent that would not overwhelm and this is perfect.

I really like it. I’m sensitive to smell so I put only 2 sticks for my bathroom and glad I did because the smell is not overpowering. Going to get two more not sure which scents

Really love the smell of this diffuser. A little shake and the room gets filled with lovely aroma. No hesitation in recommending this product.
