I bought it as a birthday gift for my daughter. I thought the quality at such a cheap price should not be so good，but it really surprise me，It is easy to install and the finished product is also very beautiful.

My grandson has boats that are Legos. Many of them have themes like Coast Guard though. We didn’t have any sets that were more girly boats for his little sister to play with. This one is definitely more girly with the pink and purple. She approved of the color scheme.My grandson actually built this for his sister to play with him. He’s definitely the builder in the family. He enjoyed the build even though it was for her. He likes it because she can play with her boat while he has his action boat collection.The boat is larger in size but the price is fairly average. At this price point and 318 pieces, it’s right around Lego money territory. The main thing is getting a girly boat. Lego does limit you on what’s available and it just seems like it’s just recently that they have started offering more girl choices. That being said, this boat certainly doesn’t need to be used just by a little girl. It’s just that my granddaughter enjoys the more feminine colors of the set than her brothers.

Pieces are missing and not really clear on Direction it's hard to make out the image in the book not meant for the age category that it says on the box

I got these for my granddaughter who loves LEGO building kits. She wanted one that would take her three days to finish but I couldn't see spending the amount of money a kit that big would cost. When I saw these I knew they would be perfect and she loves them.

It's not obvious from the product photos, but this set does include 3 minifigs. That makes it more fun to play with.This set is compatible with the name brand building blocks at a fraction of the price. The pieces are made nicely with no obvious flaws. The skin color of the minifigs is an odd shade that kind of makes them look seasick. Other than that, it's comparable.The instructions are set up the same way as the name brand and easy to follow for this age group.Cute set, good value!

This is a nice LEGO compatible set that includes a few minifigures. The build is not terribly complex or nuanced, and you lose a little bit of the standard LEGO charm in that there is quite a bit of repetition, and little to truly make the model stand out.That said, it looks like what it's supposed to, and the creators di a good job of including minifigs and play elements into this build that really work well. The minifigs are rather pasty looking, and the quality difference between the big brand and the little guy is most notable in those figurines.It's a good kit, but not a true favorite.
