Clean fiber
I do not think the price is the best here on amazon. You can buys from Metagenics for cheaper. However this is an excellent fiber source that is not filled with chemicals. The taste is great and is easy to drink. I use this several times a week to increase my fiber intake. It really helps

Good taste
The taste is pretty good. But as with any fiber supplement you want to make sure you add enough water and chug fast otherwise it thickens up like applesauce. The ingredients are pretty good as well!
