Good Find!
I've made several batches of sourdough sandwich bread using this wheat, and have only found one tiny hull on one berry. No rocks, debris or dirt have made themselves known to me at all. The berries are good and fresh and smell just lovely. The flavor of my bread is approved by humans and hens alike, and I feel like I got a really good deal. I will definitely buy again!

Perfect wheat, I’m so happy
Exceptional quality! I’ve tried other brands and this is the best tasting. Very clean, and the oxygen absorber kept it very fresh. Packaged really well and arrived quickly. I’ll definitely be reordering this!

Fantastic quality
Bought the soft berries over a year ago and doing amazing with them so recently bought the hard. New to homestead and natural milling. Product has held up to their commitment. Will be buying from them again.

Personal ninja and a small bowl works fine.
This was my first time buying wheat berries and a good experience. It activatesd my sourdough starter quickly. Taste and texture is great. I hope to buy a mill eventually but my personal size ninja blended the wheat up very fine although I was limited to 1 cup st a time. Really not a problem. I made a tortilla, a pita and small boule of bread. I really like the square bucket and the Mylar for storage. I also used the little plastic bowl and parchment paper shown in the picture to cold ferment my dough over night so I’m proof you don’t even need to buy a lot of new things to make freshly milled flour bread. Enjoy.

Very satisfied with purchase of these wheat berries… Company packaged them well (in sealed Mylar bag, enclosed in bucket). Very fresh. Haven’t come across any bugs. And my bread comes out excellent!!
